FORGET PARIS: Friday night during the Lakers-Nuggets telecast on Fox Sports Net, Nicole Richie, co-star of the FOX-TV reality show "The Simple Life," was interviewed by sideline reporter Bill MacDonald (pictured below).

During the interview, Richie said that Kobe Bryant was her favorite player "because I want to have sex with him." Following Richie's quip, MacDonald immediately withdrew the microphone and awkwardly replied, "We've got to go back upstairs."

The Richie comment came on the heels of Bryant arriving late to the game after attending a court hearing in Eagle County, Colorado, regarding his pending sexual assault case.

Bryant did eventually play in the game and went on to hit a last-second shot to defeat the Nuggest 101-99.

Online's Kristin did with the girls. It kills us because that troublemaker Norm MacDonald asked what everyone wonders, but is too PC to speculate about: Nicole Richie's skin color.
