Electric razor or web cam??

For Christmas, my grandparents didn't know what to get me, so they did this thing where I get a catalog with all this shit in it, and I just pick something out.

These were the only two items that really did anything for me. But I've heard bad things about electric razors....and I don't know what the hell I would do with a web cam. so yeah.
