lunchmeat
mayo
milk

strolling through the isles with your little basket taking your time just trying to decide between sliced sweet french or whole grain.

especially in huge stores...with a huge selection...i could spend hours in a Wal-Mart Supercenter.

I hate grocery shopping by myself. I always forget what I need and can never decide what to buy. I feel so incompetent.

i love it. it gives you such a feeling of independence. i go once a month and get a massive cart of stuff.. it's fun dragging it home on the bus/subway haha.

ah geez. i miss it! we don't have any grocery stores nearby. i have to rely solely on what the school provides

i miss going to the associated and walking down the crowded, dirty little aisles, being the only white person in the store, buying waffles and imitation cheese slices. i'm being serious! god. i miss being there. i'm going to cry.

Grocery shopping is wonderful. Especially looking through all the exotic fruits and vegetables. It is all so relaxing.

i find pushing a shopping cart to be emmasculating.

I hate it. Unless it's early in the morning or really late at night, it's fucking annoying. Too many morons all around me, makes me want to go play GTA3.

i don't like spending too much time in grocery stores due to the abundance of screaming colors everywhere i look. i can only take so much of that before my eyes start burning and i'm screaming bloody hell.

I used to go to the grocery store about every other day...usually just for milk, or ice cream, or bread or something. It was great. like you said, just walking up and down the isles and not feeling rushed and looking at everything they had and going "ooooo that sounds sooo goood...I think I'll try it!!". Yeah.

But the store has to be clean. I can't shop in dirty grocery stores, or at least I have a really hard time doing it. I mean, if they can't keep the storefront in shape, think of how they're handling the food in the back.

I shop at this tiny fruits & veggies store 2 blocks away for most of my needs. I got 6 tomatoes for 89 cents today for my spaghetti sauce!
