I'm going to go see it.

I am prediciting that Eminem will get nominated for a golden globe but will not win. (in the great tradition of bjork and courtney love)

did anyone see him on SNL? he was insanely montonous and dead serious the entire time. he never cracked a smile. he almost mumbled his lines. it was pretty embarrasing, actually. he seemed about as likely to lead a film as kurt cobain. yet he IS an absurdly talented guy.

on the other hand, it could be as classic as any of his albums (which is pretty damn classic). or anywhere in between. would you look at that... an unpredictable movie.

good point about the SNL thing. The skit where he was auditioning dancers was just cringe-worthy. It will be a cold day in hell when he can act...

You know what? Nothing you say ever holds any water. All your opinions are just adamantly held initial assumptions. Try this you fucking moron. See the fucking movie, then pass judgement about Eminem's acting abilities. You've never seen him act, however you immediate put him down.

And on a related note, your taste in everything sucks. Yes. That's write. Your artistic, musical and literary tastebuds are horrible pranks played on you by god and your parents' substanitally large income.

word. now that he's an a-lister he wouldn't fuck up with something stupid unless he thought Em had it in him. Hanson was the one who picked up Crowe when he was still relatively unknown.

speaking of Crowe, anyone seen Romper Stomper?

Hanson did. That's how Crowe got the part of Bud White.
