Bad Trips

I'm sure some of you have had a "bad trip" using drugs. I have not used any drugs that would warrant a bad trip, but I plan on taking some shrooms this week and I want to know what to expect if I have one of these bad trips.
I also know their is a website out there that describes drugs and it's effects on you. The url escapes me though, so I would appreciate it if someone would post a link to it or a site like it.

No bother at all mate.

If you have never done a psychedelic before I would in all honesty say only do it in a completely comfortable place, with people you love preferably or at least like, and DO NOT do mushies if you are having a bad time in life because you WILL think of it (breakups, family deaths, money worries etc) 10, 000 times more intensely than usual and it can make you freak out.

Also, on a happy note, if you are totally settled in your life and surroundings, don't take too much and just ride it out, remind yourself it's all going to be away by the next day (there probably will be a point you begin to tire of the drug if you are tripping quite hard) then you'll have a really great lifechanging experience, it really is a mind expanding drug, although I've only had a small dose of mushies once (20g of Psilocybe Cubensis) I've had a good few INTENSE acid trips and I loved them.

Wow, thanks for all the information ShotFullOfDiamonds! I'm at a farily neutral state of mind. I'm not depressed or anything, but I'm not happy out of my fucking mind either.
And I will definetally be taking it with some people I am very close with, so I should be safe. Also, one of my friends who will be there will not be doing the shrooms, he just wants to be their to see how we act, so hopefully he will keep us from doing something stupid.
