I lost 10 pounds in a week on Atkins, then decided to not eat anything for 4 months and lost another 50 pounds. I don't recommend it, but I've kept it off, and I eat like I did when I was all gross and fat.

Fuck those organized diets... just do the exercise and eat healthy diet.
