what the fuck is wrong with this computer?

everytime I go back to the general chat board, it's opening some random Netphoria general chat page that I visited today, when I click on 'general chat message board, I never no whether it's going to be now, 3 minutes or 5 hours ago. fucking annoying. am I the only one?
