Dentist.. ug

A few days ago I made a thread complaining about my wisdom teeth hurting really really bad... so I went to the dentist this morning, and one of my wisdom teeth has an infection

So he gave me amoxicilin (sp?) and vicodin ... and next Wednesday I'm getting them both extracted. yah. I hate the dentist. At least I'll be sedated!

I was at the dentist's a few days ago and he asked me if I saw this one movie. I said I hadn't. Then, as he began describing it, I realized that I had seen every last frame of the movie, I'd just gotten it mixed up with another film I hadn't seen.

So, then I was stuck between feigning surprise at every plot twist he recounted or telling him that I had in fact seen the movie, at which point I would have looked like an idiot for just denying I had seen the movie.

I went with the fake amazement.

my mom used to be a dental assistant so now my family is all friendly with the dentist. so every time i go there i have to keep them updated on all my family news. while my mouth is jammed open. it sucks.
