i hate my roomate

My roomate chews obnoxiously loud. It doesn't matter WHAT she is eating, it's disgustingly loud. It WOKE ME UP today she was chewing so loudly. it's chomping and slurping and squishing and chomping and breathing noises in there too.

i've almost vomited because of it on more than one occaision.

on top of all this, she makes lots of noise when she know's i'm trying to sleep. She watches cartoon network all the time: turns it on and then goes to sleep. She also breathes insanely loud. That shouldn't bug me- but I think she does it on purpose.

I try to be as unoffending and as easy to live with as possible. People don't call me here, I never hit the snooze button, I keep all of my stuff on my side of the room, I take messages for her when people call or stop by, I let her use my silverware and plates, she's welcome to eat the food I buy (so long as she asks prior to CHOMPING on it), and it seems that even though I do as much as I can to keep to myself and not be obnoxious, she goes out of her way to do so.

oh, and her computer has the most annoying sounds on it (from homestar runner and other loudly obnoxious places) which she never turns down. it could be 4am and i could be trying to sleep, but her sounds are still loud enough to wake the dead.

and once i woke up at like 4am, and she was sitting up in bed, in pitch black, eating a bag of fruit snacks.

the sound of the bag woke me up.

I'm good at confronting people/standing up for myself, but I'm afraid that I might do it in a way that'll make living with her next semester even worse (i.e. It might not be phrased so delicately.... something like, "STOP CHOMPING YOU STUPID COW" or something is bound to slip out)

Yes, I think my roomate and Tessa's should move in together (forget the fact that we're states apart)-- but it'd solve problems for me and for Tessa
