We find it's always better to fire people on a Friday. Studies have statistically shown that there's less chance of an incident if you do it at the end of the week.

then i have to go to this guy's birthday party tonight. i don't wanna. but i promised like a month ago.

then after that i'm going to my, uh, friend mike's apartment and hanging out there. maybe we'll play slumber party!
