Thumbs up A Mighty Wind

Holy fuck this movie was so hillarious.

Law of diminishing returns.

While it didn't suck, the "mockumentary" thing has gotten old. The previous two movies were better.

BUT WHAT DO I KNOW. OPINIONS ARE LIKE ASSHOLES, EVERYONE HAS ONE.

A Mighty Wind was EXACTLY like the directors last two movies, Waiting for Guffman and.... well I can't remember. But it was the exact same fucking thing, just in a different setting.

If it ain't broke, don't fix it.

Best in Show is seriously a classic. One of the funniest movies of all time, without question. I've not seen Waiting for Guffman yet. I might watch it today or tomorrow though. A Mighty Wind was hilarious...but I thought it was a little more subtle than Best in Show...and overall it just wasn't quite as funny. Not enough Parker Posey.

And yeah, his movies are all the same...but he's the only one doing it. There's only one every like 3 years or whatever. You can't say these are getting old when the same shit made by different directors comes out every goddamn week. Right?
