I hate it when people say "are" instead of "our." It's not "welcome to are house" ... it's "welcome to our house." It rhymes with "hour" folks. Use it.

I'm sure they spell it "our", I say "are", I think. It flows better, and plus it's called "dialect". Some people in certain cities have what we like to call "accents".
