Question Anyone ever take the greyhound?

Yea so I am taking a greyhound home tomorrow for the weekend. It's only a 4hr trip, but does riding a bus suck as much ass as I think it might?

yes, it sucks ass. the station in chicago is fucking horrid. i got lucky going from Urbana, IL to St Louis and had a really comfy bus with lots of room and no one on it. The station in St Louis was odd: three men hit on me within a 30 min stay, and one asked me to go to dinner with him. An old woman whispered to me that the station used to be a bank, and that the pigeons inside were silly.

...but anyway, it sucks.

i took one from ottawa to london. well, a bus, i don't know if it was greyhound. we stopped in toronto. it sucked bunghole, mostly because i was tired and can't sleep sitting up. and the tv's kept skipping so i got a headache from watching it. also, bus trips are mother fucking long. but it had a shitter on it, so it was ok.

i used the greyhounds a load of times when i did my lil 3 month tour of the US

they're not the height of sophistication but so what? they're cheap...

i thought legroom/ general comfort was decent considering. i mean, i'm over 6'4" and i found it alright.

you do meet some characters on the bus tho

I rode a greyhound from Montreal to San Francisco, so I basically lived on a bus for 3 days (x2 when I came back)... and I rather enjoyed my ride... probably has to do with the fact that I knew it would take forever but anyway, if I could do it again, I would
