Blah. I've got a canker sore where I keep accidently biting my cheek and it hurts

Any advice on what to do to get rid of it?

powdered alum! you can find it at grocery stores next to the spices... nothing works better. It'll hurt like hell for a few seconds though

That's what I've always heard it called... because yeah, it's not a cold sore. It's an ulcer thing on the inside of my mouth where I've been accidently biting it over and over like a dumb ass.
