I hate having to meet with an advisor before I can register!

Yea so I email my advisor about a week ago asking when would be a good time to meet with her to get registration clearance and I get an email back on saturday saying that she had left this college and went off to Georgia State. She then tells me to make plans to meet with another advisor. I finally get a date to meet with a new advisor and when she looks at my folder she tells me that I have already been assigned to another advisor. So I had to go to her and make another advising appointment for a week from now! I find it kind of ironic with all this lack of COMMUNICATION in the JOURNALISM department!
