He sent me a big box with stuff from Washington in it (he is in Seattle). One of the things he sent were these little gift wrapped things of Washington salmon. Well, I've never eaten salmon that way. I don't know what the fuck to do with salmon in jars. I know what to do with fresh filets from the grocery store, but how do I eat this stuff? Or serve it? So I email him to say thank you and hello, and ask how to eat that stuff. So he replies, " I eat salmon this way: I place it in my mouth, chew and then swallow.Try it, I'll bet works."
