I did this early no-excuse voting thing today and voted in my first election. We had touch screen voting, which was weird, but I think it is less hard to screw up.

I wish more people my age cared about voting. Half the 18 year olds I know haven't even registered to vote and said it doesn't matter because there isn't a presidential election this year.

While the reason is wrongheaded, the action is not. Your vote doesn't matter. Regardless, politicians are scum and should be shot rather than voted for.
