Problem with my snoring neighbor

I moved to this house where I have to stay with the proprietor..but that guy is snoring EACH NIGHT with a freakishly rough hoarse noise..Moreover he gets up every DAMN hour to go to the toilets . so I can't sleep ! damnit.

I have to get up early every morning to go to College so he couldn't care less if he doesn't slee since he can take his nap in the afternoon, which I cannot due to my schedule.

This guys is like 60 years old..what should I tell him, and how??

By the way I tried cotton in my ears, but it just makes the noise more irritating..

try a pair of real ear plugs instead of cotton. they fit nice and snug and can block out just about any disruptive or unwanted noise.
