We already know the M2 non-album tracks ie. some of the very best tracks from either record, only exist in their current form. Ie. No alternate versions/demos, don’t think they even have the source to remix/master.

This can be filed alongside “there are no official recordings or soundboards from the first Zwan tour”.

We also know the Metro show is not going to feature unless WPC does a 180.

I am hoping they are smart enough to ink-lude these additions as bonus material, similar to the "matt walker reimagined" versions.

Did we ever get to the bottom of what that meant? Did they let Matt remix the song from source material? Someone not scared of getting blocked on IG should ask that

M2 has always sounded really muddy mix-wise. I would hope for a remix from the ground up, but who knows.

Remastered meaning not sourced from a vinyl rip to mp3 using the technology in 2000.
Remastered meaning actually mix and master it as it stood in 2000 but make it sound like it isnt a cdr.
Don't change the performances or songs or choices. Just fix the overall mix and actually master it.

We all know that's not going to be the case, whether they had all the old masters or not.
For me, famously, Billiam changed the way the snare sounded on the Adore remaster to make it sound modern. (Check out the difference between the original once in a while and the remaster). So we know he's going to pull back all of James' parts and push up every fucking vocal
