no story really. i already had chosen the name liquid-j from AIM before i came here (actually it was liquuid j on aim, because someone already had taken liquid j, and despite my harassing messages every few months for several years, for some reason he never felt inclined to surrender the name to me).

in any case, it was purely coincidental that both our names here end in J. no relation / story other than i think DeviousJ was (is) really awesome!

i don't think there really is any true significance. at the time i wanted something that was different from my previous names and that didn't seem to have anything to do with me. i liked that it was ambiguous. (what color.. is your favorite color? what color?.. meaning.. is the asker color blind? what color... someone remarking on a fabulous set of visual tones... etc). and then at the time the two gallants website capitalized it tWO gALLANTS and i liked that might evoke a kind of reckless, hectic full-speed ahead mindset of someone who has the caps lock key on but doesn't know/care and just goes for it..

yeah so.. no good reason really, it just felt suitably vague.

also i like the colors silver and white
