maybe the reason i'm inclined to believe you use cocaine isn't so much that you said you did as that you said you did in the middle of a barrage of absolute nonsense which closely resembles the manner of a person deep in the throes of a cocaine addiction.

It’s the internet. You believe what people say online especially in the context of a “psych ward” type place like here? The hard drug thing is a persona. Some people here are clued in on that. You are either naive or you just lack sarcasm. Or both

I actually will admit to being a somewhat frequent drinker and occasional pot user but that’s it.

What I have noticed is that if an adequate balance of carbohydrates and hot baths are achieved, emotional self-regulation is at least 20% more succesful. I have been studying myself and some others that I met at another message board and they report the same improvement. Have you heard of this?
