I quit cigarettes a year and half ago. Picked up a vape a year ago to use when I drink, which isn't very often now a days. I use 0mg nicotine juice.
It's the physical part of smoking when I drink that I can't get past. Smoking and drinking for me is like milk and cookies and peanut butter and jelly, they just go together. If I'm not drinking I couldn't care less about smoking. |

i've totally relapsed but i only smoke about half a pack a week. still, i need to stop completely.

Fooloofa, I was a 2 pack a day mofo until about a year ago. I occasionally break down and buy a pack when I'm stressed, but at this point I smoke one or two and nearly hurl every time. Don't beat yourself up, you're doing great and saving $$$$$

I also put on 40lbs by quitting smoking. I hardly ever ate now I look back on it. I survived on camels and diet coke, and it was my anxiety/stress reliever for sure. I can work off the excess weight though, so whatever.
