I haven't seen my retainer in close to 2 years. I think my mom found it when she was cleaning her living room last week. She called me really grossed out.

I had one of those on the roof of my mouth before I got my braces. It was in there for like 3 years, until I took matters into my own hands and ripped it out of my mouth. I had a big groove in the roof of my mouth from where the wire went.
