i did this too, in the past. like, oh i see him on monday in 5 days, i'll be fine.

day 4 i can't speak complete sentences or drive because of brain zaps and this weird brain coasting feeling idk what it's called. it's like that rolling euphoria feeling on mdma except dysphoric

I usually don't though, and can stand a day or two without trouble. I was dumb this time though: I knew Friday night was my last dosage, so I had nothing on Saturday and Sunday. Monday the doctor had no time ( :s ) and today I could barely get a recipe for a few days until I see her again.

it's stupid, I've been taking them for years without any trouble but when i run out I absolutely have to see her to check if everything's still ok. it's only not ok when I stop taking them, of course.

brain zaps sounds familiar. like electric shocks. not big ones, but very distracting.

nah this feels like a physical feeling, like your brain is literally broken and you can't focus your thoughts or even eyes if it gets really bad. you become non-functional after about 5 days, ime. afaik this is the feeling where most people give up on getting off of them cold turkey.

i never did i don't think, more like your eyes are rolling back in your head kinda feeling and then you get a weird ZAP into normality and you're ok for like 20 seconds and then the cycle starts again. i start getting the symptoms after missing 3 doses, a bit before that. it's been a few years though, fuck that shit

you can get off the shit but you need to taper, possibly with an SSRI so you can go even slower
