i actually got a ticket two other times i was caught smoking as a minor, once quite close to my 18th birthday. while attending my tobacco class, i met a guy who got arrested for smoking a blunt but he was charged with both marijuana possession and minor in possession of tobacco because of the blunt wrap. he didn't even use tobacco products.

one time i had to write myself up at work. i was 18 and a manager at burger king and a tray was short $20 and since the cashier hadn't counted it herself i had to take the blame. meanwhile, cashiers never counted their own trays in reality anyway. ever.

Charging someone just for being a minor is so demented

Being labelled a criminal by your country is way, way worse for your brain than having rolling paper

i never should have picked it back up, but that magical combination of boredom and stress plus an addictive personality makes for stupid decisions. at least i have rock solid motivation for everything nowadays.

yeah, I know some people like that. at one point they seemed to have quit forever, but now they've been smoking for years again. you never know.

I never feel like it though. I just drink gallons of alcohol every night to drive away any other urges.
