Pops up every few years or so anyway. I haven't smoked in 5 days, and before that I smoked a few cigarettes every day for almost 4 years.

I don't think I'll ever not have cravings for actual tobacco. I'm on an ecig now with an eye towards quitting that too but just... probably not possible. I still occasionally bump a real one at work. It relaxes me.

My grandfather decided to quit smoking when he had hist first kid. He says he threw his pack of smokes in a lake and never put another cigarette on his mouth ever again.

I'll probably just avoid partying or socializing for the next few weeks and I should be fine. I smoke like an idiot when I drink. On other days I'll just have a cigarette for breakfast and maybe 1-2 more later.
