I feel bad for the girl. Whether it is truthful or not (and I'm more inclined to believe it is true), I'm sure she never counted on all this media scrutiny. The media is just tearing her to pieces.

I am inclined right now to think that Kobe could be guilty. They have a good deal of evidence (enough for 2 warrants) and he has yet to explain why he needed to go to the hospital that evening.

My guess would be they were drinking, he started taking advantage and she fought back and scratched him.

I hope that is the case, because then he should also be charged for giving alcohol to a minor.

His image is bullshit - it's a media creation. Do any of you really think this is the first time he cheated on his wife? Of course not.

he did not go to the hospital the night of the incident. he went early morning 2 days later, and it's already been stated that the reason (or one of) was for DNA sampling.

my hunch: star-struck young girl makes the moves to his hotel room because Kobe flashed a couple smiles her way earlier that evening. she wanted to go there, she made her way to his room. Kobe's prolly some sex thoroughbred so she gets scared, maybe it even starts to hurt. At that point, I dunno, but perhaps animal instincts are pass the point of return for Kobe and he finishes the deal. It was noisy, appearently.

Eh, the story hasnt changed. I really don't see what you're talking about... the only thing omitted here is that I had said he was treated for cuts and bruises, which was what was originally reported on the radio.
