How come KFC isn't open late like Wendy's?

I know Mickey D's is open later now but I don't fucking do Mickey D's, ok? That's just total garbage food. I mean i guess i could go to Wendy's later but really what I want are some of those fucking tasty boneless barbeque wings from the Colonel. Now that shit is truly finger lickin' good. But KFC doesn't do the whole late-night window thing. What a crock.

UPDATE: I went to Wendy's. Eh, it was a'ight and they accidentally gave me the huge size fries so i can't complain.

Wendy's has really good frosties, but I really like those twisters or whatever from KFC...those with some potato wedges (yeah, with LOTS of ketchup) and a nice coca-cola are a tasty treat. Oooo and their biscuits are sooooo good with honey. Oh man. Dang it's a shame they're not open late. Now I'm hungry.
