Osbourne's Chihuahua Killed by Coyotes

NEW YORK (AP) - ``The Osbournes'' reality show has lost a member of the family.
Sharon Osbourne tells ``Us Weekly'' in its July 28 issue that her black Chihuahua, Lulu, was recently killed by coyotes that jumped a low fence at her home. ``It's so heartbreaking,'' she says.

Osbourne tells the magazine the Osbournes' Pomeranian, Pipi, was attacked earlier this month, but was saved by her husband, Ozzy.

``Ozzy heard the screams and fought and got Pip out of the coyote's mouth,'' she says.

``The Osbournes'' will return for 20 new episodes on MTV early next year. Filming at the family's Beverly Hills mansion will resume this fall, the network said earlier this month.

I read that they threw a poisoned chicken over the fence for the coyotes.

Assholes. The coyote was only doing something normal. They should have let the coyote eat the dog.

1. MY money on MY animal? Excuse me? I don't have an animal I spent money on, thank you very much. I believe this was the Osbourne's dog we're talking about. Not MINE.

2. If it were anyone else, maybe I'd give a flying fuck. But I've seen episodes of the Osbournes. Ozzy spent $600 on candy. He filled draws and draws with this candy. They could buy a small island if they want to. They can afford another dog. So fuck that.

3. And if I *were* to own an animal, I would try to take better care of it. I probably wouldn't blame a coyote for attacking my pet. Because that's what they fucking do. I would be very angry, sure, but I would not go around tossing poisoned food in which any unsuspecting animal can pick up and eat and die from. *I* would realize that I would not know exactly WHICH animal killed mine anyway. Or if I did, and if I were that kind of person, I would target that exact animal. But I am not that kind of person, at least I don't think so.

Anyway. I didn't think Ozzy really cared about animals, as I was rather surprised and ataken back when I saw that he has dogs. Or maybe he's a dog person, I dunno. But he did make a conscious decision to bite the head off a white bird... pigeon or dove.

I just don't think that the lives of humans are more valuable than the lives of animals.
