my mom had a good friend who died of cancer and their co-worker made a comment about how she had prayed to god to end her (the woman with cancer's) suffering and that her dying was god doing just that. had she lived though, she also would have given credit to her god. you sound like her (the religious person).

Prayer is Yahweh's trick to alert his minions to finish off the ill. That still sound religious to you and so what if it does?
