"restless legs syndrome"

Has anyone else experienced this?

When I go to sleep sometimes, and I'm so dead tired... all I want to do is sleep, but my legs feel so resltess, like they want to get up and run a marathon but the rest of my body and my mind just isn't agreeing.

No, but I can certainly appreciate the comedy of visuals plotted by my imagination. In all honestly though, its one of those things I think could drive a person to self-mutilation. DIE STUPID LEG!!!DIE!!!

i know the feeling...i'm trying to beat my body into submission by staying up as late as i can, then waking up early. WATCH ME GO.

I usually go try to run a lap whenever that happens.

It's never to late to go run a lap...even if it has to be inside your own house, in fear of sexual predators roaming around outside.

i sometimes get that really badly, i cant get my legs comfortable no matter what i do. i usually fall asleep waiting for it to go away if im tired enough.
