Update: I got sicker last night. I slept 11-4:30 am and am feeling ok. I had breakfast with the rats who are probably feeling worse than me (they got spayed) and I'll start preparing to go to work eventually. Mike is off from work and taking care of the gurls.

I had ear pain starting in the morning and then getting kinda bad in the evening but none right now. I did old drops I had around. I think i feel not so bad compared to when mike was sick because the Flonase. It's really changed my quality of life for the better

A side effect of Flonase is nose bleeds. I have at least one minor one a day but one time I woke up with drips of dried blood that had run down my face from my nose

A lie implies the person knows it to be false.

Self deception is tricky, but to me if they are aware of their self deception then it becomes a lie. If they aren't they are still being sincere even if they are wrong?
