I don't even know if I'm being a bitch right now for admitting that I wish it wasn't something I had to deal with. I like to think pragmatically, like if there is a problem then there is a solution because I used to be part of that feedback loop, stagnating, but I can't do that here. What's the problem? What's the solution? Those are difficult to ascertain

like i still have the pull to help them and etc, of course i do i'm human, but it seems like the whole idea of family sticking together and being there for each other and etc is just completely worthless when nobody even likes each other. we care about and love each other. but we don't like each other. but we don't want to be alone, of course. considering i never learned how to love anybody else i should cherish this time i have with them. soon enough i won't have any love at all

that's just how i feel about family, i hope it's different for you bonnie

yesterday i turned in my petition for school senator. even if i don't win, it was a nice exposure for me to introduce myself to other students and ask my classmates for support.

I don't want to get away. I want it to be ok, or at least progress to be made. My mom reported that it is a little better after a group counseling session. She is really concerned because of some parallels between shan's behavior and her brother's before he died (my uncle hung himself in his parents' basement).

In retrospect, I am glad she dropped out instead of failed. But I don't think she should go to school until stable and that is mostly the problem

I think you gotta jump back in the dating pool Reprise. You can take it slow and if you find the right partner they shouldn't mind.
