comparing hosting companies

what would you have to say between these two:
www.earthlink.net and
www.powweb.com

I use Powweb for all of my sites...cheaper and it hasmroe disk space and bandwidth than Earthlink

Saturday i'm meeting with my boss, and i'm gonna tell him why he should consider changing companies (he knows shit bout computres..and the current "webmasters" dont even know how much fucking space/bandwidht/hosting plan they have....theyre so fucking dumb)..so besides the obvious stuff what else should i tell him?

i have everything organized and printed out so i can compare and he can tell that i have worked on it...but i was wondering what else you guys might think i could add on in terms of this hosting crap
