Morning person or night owl?
Which are you?
Lately my body wanna rise about 9-10a, sleep around midnite-1a. But I'm currently trying my damndest to become a morning person, in order to eke out a lil introvert space before the rest of my fam gets active. Thus setting the alarms for like 530a eek!! Seen some bitchin slow dawns, but holy F it hurts when that ding ding starts trillin in the deep/darks of the early morn |

I'm a night owl, up until recently I couldn't even sleep before 2 am. When i'm out with friends I routinely stay up to 4 or 5 am.
Problem lately is my body seems programmed to wake up at 9 am, so even if went to bed super late, i'll get up around that time. |

it really depends on my circumstances. right now i wake up early most days (4 am sat and sunday, 6 am tues and thurs). if i have nothing to do i might get up at 7 or i might sleep until 11. but like on tuesdays i leave my house at 7am and don't get home until 11pm so i'm usually up really late. on weekends i get only 4-5 hours of sleep a night. the rest of the time i go for 6+, often 8

usually i smoke so much weed and jack myself off into exhaustion so i fall asleep around 8. then i wake up a 3 and smoke more weed.

but now im on a cult-campus with my mom (and dad too) so there's been no weed, no jacking, and a regular sleep schedule.

When I was instructed to combat delayed sleep phase by setting up a timer to have a fluorescent light box shine upon my face in the morning, I decided to embrace the bat life.

I love going to bed early and sleeping all night and then getting up and going for a run at 5am, and then having a siesta at 1pm.
But you know, it's not like my life is ever not pile-driving my soul so instead I stay up late posting here and then dragging myself out of bed at 8:00am to get the kids ready for school |

The more sleep the better I am convinced and have read. Sleep is when everything gets patched up. I can and do 6 or fewer hours for days I work and then sleep in on days off
