i used to date someone who was a care giver for a woman who had ALS and was a billy ray cyrus fan. She emailed billy ray a lot and got to know him. honestly, after about two years of back n forth (after our daughter was born), when we decided that we both didn't want another one, i just looked up local area doctors who specialized in vasectomies; called, made appointment, paid monies, and got it done.

if u have insurance that does cover it, they should have a list of dr offices that will accommodate you.
