I've seen interpol twice, and i must say it was somewhat disappointing. They're not that great of a live act imho.

well its not like they have a huge catalog of songs yet. plus what does it matter if they play the same setlist every night unless you follow the band around from venue to venue?
They, by far, are the *coolest* band ive ever seen on stage and have amazing stage presence, especially the bassist. Not to mention they also sound great live too

the one show of theirs i made was pretty bland, not much going on....and everything was a bit average. i'll join the 'not very good live' team.

that said, hopefully they put on a good show in hollywood...see you there.

I'd like to meet any Netphorians going to the show (esp. since it looks like all my friends bailed out on this one...if it isn't on MuchMusic or 102.1 they won't go). 1st concert I'm probably going to solo.

IMPORTANT TIDBIT TO TORONTO CONCERT GOERS: for some reason the TORONTO show (& Toronto show ONLY) has an age restriction: 19+.
Doesn't effect me but it may some of you T.O. people.

Edit: 19+ in Toronto most likely because the venue, Phoneix Concert Theatre, is a Club & BAR

it seems that lately the phoenix has been doing the 19+ thing a lot. my 18-year-old friend got turned away from the new pornographers show last week. he's bringing out the friend's id tonight to see the barcelona pavilion & sick lipstick at sneaky dee's.

oh yeah i'll be at the interpol show. if only cos i was shut out from the show at the horseshoe last year. too bad it can't be at the horseshoe again
