Just because someone declared a bunch of things doesn't make them facts. It does seem shady but that's not the same thing as "FACT! Hillary's state department and Bill/Hill's foundation processed nearly 6 BILLION dollars for its Haitian earthquake relief fund, but nary a dime of it (less than 1%) found its way to Haiti."

They had some practice with the Indonesian earthquake/tsunami relief scam about 5 years earlier. They present themselves as humanitarians while they either set-up or otherwise become the key-masters of the very banks the donations go to while they suck off the top of it all.
