It's funny, if you ever see Bruno Mars perform on TV- His band are all tiny guys who are all about the same height as him... As if to not bring any attention to how tiny the guy is.

Definitely a trait of an artist who "really cares about the music"

ehhh he's one of the better pop artists out there nowadays... The key word is nowadays. Guy would have sucked ass as a popstar in the 80's or 90's

I'm guessing this is one of those things where nobody wants to make the most obvious mention.

Brandon, the name you don't want to have if you're hoping for a lasting movie career.

If Brandon Lee were alive, today, I wonder if he'd be the host of Iron Chef.

I am not a very tall woman, yet care little about height. This might be something I've learned from my family tbh

yeah I have no idea really. Google says in the US average male height is 5'10 and average female height is 5'4. I am 5'7, but nearly all the women I have dated have been at least an inch taller than me, a few much taller than me.

at 6'3" i'm pretty well resigned to the idea that i'll only ever have partners shorter than me. That said my cousin is the same height and he married a girl who is 6'4" so never say never

contrary to popular belief and silly ideas about artistic "purity," it is actually possible to be both a good musician and a good marketer. personally I do think it is dumb to look for bandmates who don't make you look short, but I don't see the connection to "really caring about the music"

Anthony Geary? nice list but his name popped out to me, haven't heard it in a good while.

Bruno's from Hawaii and has done what 1000's of artist over there have tried to do but never came close. He was born into the business with local showbiz parents and is essentially a Sammy Davis Jr./ James Brown redo with a big nod to an old school Vaudevillian approach.

Actresses are attractive and all and I could list many, but they're not as exciting or interesting to me as the singer/artist types.

this happens everywhere though, Beyonce hires amazon women for her videos so she doesn't look like a behemoth, and hollywood prefers short women because they're much easier to partner up with all the short guys.

Musician-wise, I have a crush on Beth Ditto

And this viola player who used to be the voice of the breakfast show on ABC classic FM here in Aus, called Emma Ayres

Spambot scripts so often seem to open with kind words for the site being infected. It's quaintly Machiavellian.
