Yeah, I just stick to simple things, really, but it's nice having my meals when I decide to have them. I have high cholesterol, though - esp. for my age and weight - and I should be doing more to keep it down. It's hard to justify my current diet.

In fact the word "diet" makes it sound far too intentional and organized

I used to make up a big batch of coleslaw at the start of the week when I was a student, and then put it in bread rolls with cheese, for lunch. And then add a piece of fruit and a muesli bar, and a thermos of coffee, and go off to school like that. And I would always eat porridge with soy protein powder mixed in, for breakfast , it kept me full for ages.

well, if you are trying to lose weight 95% of it just comes down to calories. so if you got a 900 calorie big mac combo vs. a 1200 calorie foot long sub, you're probably better off with the former. unless it gives you the shits, or if you only get six in inch subs than go for that.

1. Go to HEB
2. Get a pack of hamburger patties
3. Get a can of jalepenos
4. get some of those little fried onion thingys they have them somewhere i think near the bread crumbs usually
5. Jalapeno jack cheese

then go home and put the burger on a hot piece of metal for a little bit until it's cooked, keep the temp fairly low tho

burgers are really not "cooking" i mean making chili or enchiladas that's proper cooking but grilling meat and putting stuff on it can be done by anyone i'm for real

I tested negative for a wheat allergy but that doesn't stop my lymph nodes from swelling up when I eat it

now that i eat the same things regularly i need to keep track of what i'm actually ingesting vitamin wise. i used to take a multi-vitamin but those expired so i need a new set of health boosters. looking at iron and maybe some sort of root.

if i buy a bigger set of pots i can start cooking double batches of the seasonal feed i make throughout the week as opposed to cooking fresh every other day.

I spend like 8-10$ at Panda Express almost every day. If I get breakfast it's usually a 700 calorie oatmeal thing from Jamba. Lot's of dinners at restaurants. Definitely not a sustainable practice. Lots of sandwich, pasta and pizza deliveries. Hard to break the pattern though
