so god created science right. creationists can use science to help prove god's existence because he created it. when it's convenient, god believers use scientific evidence to prove things rather than the faith on things are the way they are designed because that's how god designed it. and nature too. it's natural for some things to occur, but not natural for other things. this is really the worst place on the planet to have an interesting conversation about anything anymore.

science will one day prove without doubt that faith did not propel actions taking place in the universe. they'll likely find more and more mystery, which they continue to do that doesn't make sense to us, but thank god they don't just stop and go "well, now lets insert faith here.. right here at this point where we can't explain it."

It's 10am, so far I've written a couple of work emails, made eggs on toast and blueberry oatmeal for the kids and have had a couple of coffees, I'm about to take the kids to the beach to meet a friend with her two boys... This conversation is interesting to me but I can't afford to be hugely invested in it, so yeah, if Trotsky turns up and is all like oh vixnix ruins threads I do tend to give up and just start flinging mud around because there isn't much to lose for me here if I suddenly interrupt a conversation about philosophy of science to throw shallow judgments and insults around.
