Over-planning is almost worst than not planning at all for a weight loss plan, to me. But I have anorexia and having a plan I have to both create and follow perfectly produces a lot of anxiety. Like if I decided to only eat bird seed and bran muffins for a month, that would NEED to be all I fucking ate, even if I lost weight eating balanced meals it would still be a failure. Plus month two would mean I could only eat bird seed, to double the results. Ick
