Hub question

Sorry if this is the wrong venue to ask in, but...

I haven't been on the hub in a while, and recently set up a Wireless Area Network in my house. I'm trying to connect to the hub in passive mode (before I was in active since I didn't have a router), and I can get on, but it disconnects me from the hub after 5-15 minutes. I can startup a d/l and all, but it inevitably kicks me of on my laptop. Any idea why? Any help appreciated.

i was going to refer you to the official hub page, but it appears to be down?
