*yeh it gave purpose to doing nothing, as opposed to sitting in this chair doing nothing I could be sitting outside in my garden smoking + enjoying my thoughts/surroundings, without smoking I have no incentive to get out of my chair.

*I also quit this week

I think stress has masked the withdrawl. I just don't know. Try some coral calcium. I've been eating this shit like it's candy lately. Some girl at work gave me a bottle. I have no idea what it does.

Taken three times a day with water, Coral Calcium Supreme Plus delivers critical calcium, otherwise tough to absorb and be used effectively by the body. In addition, Coral Calcium Supreme Plus delivers over 70 critical minerals to your system. Often called "the king of the minerals," calcium is considered the common denominator of good health. While calcium has been noted for its value in preserving the structure of the body, recent research links appropriate calcium levels to the process of aging as well as many degenerative diseases such as osteoporosis, allergies, gallstone disease, heart disease, cancer and more.

i shoot pool at the bar. the bar, with alcohol, triggers my need for a cigarette. call it a case of classical conditioning. i am currently grinding my teeth.

I need to quit too.
Smoking depresses me.
Not smoking depresses me.
Everything about smoking is totally immoral, now that there's nothing but big tobacco.

Red face

I haven't smoked since November.
I still crave it every once in a while but I will NOT give in. I feel better having not smoked for so long, I have more energy, and for some reason I can sleep better. But I don't know, maybe it's just psychological. I have to convince myself that the benefits of not smoking weigh out the benefits of smoking.
