my friends and I are definately going to become statistics this summer.

last night we had the brilliant idea to play with fireworks. my friend called,

"wanna blow stuff up?"
"okay"

so we make bombs out of piccolo petes, like 20 of them, and have a ton of ground bloom flowers and sparky explody thing and drive around the city lighting them in my car and throwing them out of my window. the best one was when we were downtown and there was this family with a really tiny dog and my friend tossed it infront of them, it sparked for a minute, and they were like "wtf?" and walked towards it, then it went off all around their feet. it was hilarious. then we threw one into the patio of this one coffee shop (mike- true love) and it landed in the tree above it and went off in the tree and showered down onto the people.

the one that scared us, though, was when we tried to get a dry leaf pile to ignite. we were successful. the ground bloom went off in the dry leaves as we drove away and we looked back and thought it was kind of lit. we came back about 15 minutes later and it was BLAZING. it had flames as tall as me just roaring in the middle of the street and you could smell the leaves burning. we didnt know if we should laugh or call the cops. we laughed. an hour later we drove by and saw some guy walking away from it with a hose.

i like to set those little white fuzzy things that fall out of trees on fire. you know, the things that make it look like it's snowing in july. yeah, one little spark can start a giant fire. ahh the memories.

sounds like shit me and my friends do. a couple days ago my friend scott made a bonfire at the beach (totally illegal) and put these nasty posioned dead fish on it.. all you could smell was rotting burning fish for miles around... he lit a tree on fire the weekend of the fair and these kids with huge water guns had to come and put it out... another time we put explosives in one of those plastic owls you put on your roof and blew it up

it's been a good summer.

oh i'm 18. we're complete morons and totally believe that we're invinsible and that we can do whatever we want. we do stupid shit like this every night. we've moved on from stealing watermelons and dropping them from the top of buildings and chucking them into pools. fireworks are so much more fun to throw at people than water balloons, and after we shot out that car window, the bbgun has been put away.

I set a field on fire blowing up a mailbox once... took 4 firetrucks to put it out. We even got pulled over cause they were looking for the people that did it (not us, we were just driving around at 2am in the middle of the country for fun).

Oh the stories I could tell. Me and fire have a long history.
