hill, penny, staudemire, rose... it's sad.

so kobe is saying just give me the money i don't want anyone else around me to try to make a final run at a ring. not that he would pass to them anyway.

i hate sports radio. people are calling in saying they should've been tanking the season BEFORE rose went down because they don't have enough to beat miami. wtf.

i guess the bulls should've tanked with jordan back in the day because they didn't have enough to beat the bad boys.

eventually d wade is going to be all gimpy and chris bosh is not that good. honestly if lebron was hurt this team would be so horrible

it's not like they are the second coming of christ ascendant

they've been in a lot of game 7s that could have tipped another way if d wade was gimpy and lebron's strange, periodic lapses in urgency doomed them instead of wade being a distraction and then lebron just going oh yeah i'm supposed to take this over now is that okay am i still playing "team" basketball

their bench is sad other than allen and i guess birdman if you have to but michael beasely and greg oden are funny like rashad lewis funny

roger mason jr couldn't hack it for the spurs years ago
shane battier is old
joel anthony and james jones are still on the roster

corris nole is oaky for a young scrub and i will tip my hat to battier & haslem's playoff vetereness

besides bron bron this team is gawrbage, and i mean that with extra awr

isaiah thomas and nate robinson are my favorite players
late round short guys that tear it up off the bench are the best genre of nba athlete

when wade isn't gimpy he's probably still the best shooting guard in the league though considering kobe's injury and the fact that james harden regularly literally does not play defense

i really wouldn't go so far as to say harden doesn't play defense

it's not good, but he's not abjectly terrible

the eastern conference standings really draw attention to just how many teams believe tanking is a real strategy. it's almost like everyone gave up and decided nobody's ever beating miami or indiana. granted, chicago was supposed to be in that convo but bad luck struck them down

yeah imagine being a Wizards fan....can beat anybody at home. They go where John Wall takes them, but i hope he and Beal can fulfil their potential as being the best 1-2 combo in the league

there's some exciting things happening when that full unit is on the court

wall, gortat, beal, nene, all very solid. ariza has been playing well. webster has a great shot now. booker is a solid bench big.

after that it's all fucking junk and the decaying corpse of al harrington

Oladipo looks good imo, although he is realising how tough it is to be a night-after-night star in this league

no kidding! just like Toronto were retarded for even thinking about trading Lowry.

i mean i know the dude does this every year (runs hot and cold), but with DeRozan i see the potential of a Wall-Beal duo for the Raptors

of course he's a keeper. if the Sixers keep him, Turner, Thad Young and Hawes, with Nerlens coming back, that's the makings of a very decent team imo

yeah i like hawes he's a fun stretch big but honestly his defense is too poor to be a starting C

he could play PF but mr. young is doper than shit

but still that leaves him with a role on the sixers, the 7 foot 6th man rotating in for nerlens and young as needed.

but nerlens could suck a bunch we don't know yet, we were just talking about how bad these top picks were outside of oliadpo and carter-williams...and we're still talking about someone who's going to be a solid role player and a defense point

mclemore is fuckin horrible. him and Thornton are actively torpedoing boogie's monster season and gay's renaissance. they get shit tons of minutes and they're fucking horrible.

yes this is why Nerlens could/will be good for them, the guy plays solid D. granted he may turn out to be average, but i've seen enough of him to think otherwise.

ahhh the Kings....pretty much the very same problems as suffered by the Sixers. DeMarcus has rapidly become my favourite player in the league.

McLemore & Thorton's efficiency and usage rate is embarrassing.
