I don't think it will kill his career or anything near that, but it is unbelievably stupid and will provide endless fodder to his detractors forever, that this is just another petty politician abusing his power and playing politics with no regard for the people he serves

his chances of getting past the republican primary were already shaky. this could rule out 2016 at least

in his defense i don't think he had anything to do with it himself because it's so dumb. but i don't think that matters it'll harm him all the same

and lol i don't know how more 'jersey' a scandal could be

did he lie though? i don't see any evidence he had any direct involvement or knowledge.

i don't deny that he could have and he's a total shithead and everything. but its possible he didn't have any knowledge until the emails leaked.
