everyone who works for me, including all the 20 year olds we hire from the business schools, also had their premiums reduced.

There's been a slowing of the rate of health care cost increases for 4 years in a row. It has more to do with the economic slowdown than anything else. The Affordable Health Care Act hasn't changed that. Meaning that it's NOT causing rates to increase. And many employers have been able to keep their premiums from escalating because of that.

yes, premiums have been falling for awhile for non-Obamacare related reasons. Some people have seen their premiums go up because of the ACA, mostly self-insured people in their 20s. However, most people are either unaffected or aided in terms of premiums.
