it sucks having landlord controlled heat right now. we walked a couple blocks to the store earlier and my nose hairs were freezing together. i was getting brain freeze from breathing. this is inhumane

Hardly anyone is outside, taking the dog for a walk feels like exploring ghost town.

this weather just really fucks with my head. i can't even go downstairs to my apartment's gym.. i guess thats what i get for living in texas all my life

my car says it's down to 25 now (i don't know how accurate that is) and tomorrow is supposed to be worse so i guess this will be my ultimate test as a man

i think 100 degree days over the summer are miserable but at least it's not dangerous for me to drive when it hasn't rained in three months and the heat index is 114

the cost is included in my rent because the apartments in my building aren't metered separately. it's supposed to be kept at a minimum temperature but it doesn't actually happen that way because the windows are shitty and we're on the top floor of the building

These 45 mph wind gusts are awesome, making the wind chill around -25. I went for a little walk, you indeed feel your nose hair freeze. I took my gloves off and you can feel the skin get tight. Pretty neat stuff.

Please don't burst, pipes.
