in defense of the nfl it's a league with about 1500 people. for every incognito and ryan leaf theres like five or ten normal guys. i don't think they promote thug/dickhead culture, it's just really big

i don't think many soccer clubs encourage racism (totty and ajax notwithstanding), especially not at the team level (chivas notwithstanding)
